As you can imagine, the worldwide pandemic has added additional work and stress for our warehouse and Customer Support teams, so we kindly ask for your patience and understanding during this time. Please remember that we are responding to all inquiries as quickly as possible.


Currently, there are no delays with our order processing and dispatch times, however, your orders may just take a little more time to get to you than usual.

For International Orders, please allow 1-2 months for delivery. 


We are taking all the necessary precautions to ensure not only the safety of our staff and delivery partners but also, our customers.

Our warehouse remains open with extra safety measures taken. We’re closely monitoring health advice from the relevant authorities to make sure our teams are staying safe.
