Our hours of operation are Monday-Friday, 9AM to 5PM PST, excluding weekends and major U.S. holidays. Orders typically ship in 3-5 business days. This does not include weekends or the time spent in transit (additional 3-7 business days). During new releases, holidays, etc. there can be an additional 3-5 business days of processing time.
Any inquiries regarding the exact location of your package should be made to the carrier directly. Please check your tracking information sent to you before contacting our customer service team.
Transit times will vary based upon a few different conditions, including but not limited to:
- Total distance between us and you
- Whether your shipment is domestic (U.S.) or international (everywhere else)
Shipping rates will vary depending on Domestic vs International shipments. U.S. orders over $75 qualify for free shipping.
- USPS or UPS
- USPS - Does not charge customers with brokerage fees for shipping with USPS International First Class or USPS International Priority for packages going to Canada. However, orders may be delayed 1-2 months due to time at customs, border inspection facilities, etc.
-UPS - Typically delivers faster (2-5 business days) than USPS (7-21 business days), but requires customs fees.
-International customers (outside U.S.) are responsible for any fees required by customs.

MinimLA is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. If this occurs you have the option of filing a claim through USPS, UPS or with your local police department.
