Returns

Received your order and just not feeling it? No problem! Ask yourself: 
  • Did I use a final sale promo code?
  • Was my item marked on Sale, Last Chance or Final Sale?
  • Is this any type of accessory?
  • Did I receive my order over 14 days ago?
If you answered YES to any of these questions, we ask that you please hang onto, donate, or gift the item.

In your email please include your order number, name of the item(s) you wish to return, and photos of your packing slip and the item(s) you wish to return.

Returns are accepted up to 14 days from delivery date if the item is in original condition with MinimLA hang tag attached. All items must be new, unworn, unwashed, and with no visible signs of wear such as: makeup, deodorant stains, fragrances, etc. 

Return label must show proof of tracking within 3 days past the 14 day return window.

NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES ON ACCESSORIES, SALE ITEMS, LAST CHANCE OR FINAL SALE ITEMS. NO RETURNS ON ORDERS WHEN PROMO CODE "MINIM" IS APPLIED.

If a return is approved by our team, please note that return shipping charges will be deducted from your refund, unless the package was incorrectly shipped or you received defective merchandise. MinimLA is not responsible for any lost or untraceable shipments.

Once your return is received and inspected by our team, you will receive an email notification of your refund. Please allow up to 7-10 days for your refund to show on your account.

Returns must first be approved by our Customer Service team. If you do not reach out to us and return your products without our consent, reimbursement can not be initiated. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet our policy.

Exchanges
At this time we do not issue exchanges on any items.
