Do your items run true to size?

Please use this Size Guide as an estimate as to what size to purchase, as styles, sizes and cuts vary between each individual item and may not be consistent with the size guide measurements. 

Please also refer to the details of individual items for individual item measurements and sizing notes.

Why does my item look different than the photos online?

Result of color or wear of an item can be dependent on different things such as monitor resolution, camera settings, lighting and model wearing the item.

Can I reserve items by adding them to my cart?

All products on minimla.com are in stock and available for order, unless otherwise noted. Items cannot be reserved by holding them in your cart. Product availability is extremely limited and therefore may sell out before your purchase is complete. Order transactions are completed in the order they are received.

My Order

Can I change or cancel my order?

Unfortunately we are unable to change or cancel an order once it has been fulfilled. We may be able to if your order is still processing; please contact Customer Support as soon as possible and we will do our best to modify the order before it is fulfilled.

If your order has already been fulfilled or shipped prior to a change or cancellation request we ask that you then refer to our return policy for further instruction. 

What if I receive the wrong product?

We apologize for sending you the wrong item! Please contact Customer Support and we will assist you as soon as possible. 

There is an item missing from my order.

We apologize for sending you an incomplete order! Please contact Customer Support and we will assist you as soon as possible. 

Do you offer exchanges for faulty items?

If the item is still available, we may be able to offer an exchange or store credit. Please email Customer Support for assistance.

How can I track my delivery?

Once the order has been dispatched, a shipping confirmation will be sent to you with the tracking number. You may check and track the delivery status of your order via the tracking number that was sent. Please note that once the tracking number has been distributed MinimLA is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

I've purchased the wrong size, what can I do?

We do accept returns upon approval from Customer Support. Please refer to our Return Policy and its procedures.

Can I change my shipping address after my order has been confirmed?

Unfortunately, we are unable to redirect orders once your order is fulfilled and has been shipped out. We may be able to amend your address if it has not been fulfilled; please contact Customer Support as soon as possible and we will do our best to modify your shipping address.

I have not received my order, what should I do?

Kindly check the status of your order via “Track your order” to find out why it might have been delayed. Once tracking information has been distributed, MinimLA is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. 

Shipping & Returns

I have not received my order confirmation, did my order go through?

Order confirmation emails may be delayed as a result of high order volume. Please contact our Customer Support team if you have not received your confirmation email after 24 hours of your purchase.

Do you ship overseas?

Yes, but at this time not all locations are available. Please attempt to check out with your address to check your location. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout. We run discounts and promotions all year, so stay tuned for exclusive deals.

I'm an international customer (outside U.S.), do I have to pay customs and taxes?

Yes, you are responsible for any fees, duties, or taxes required by customs.

Can I return my product?

We always aim to make sure our customers love our products, but if you do need to return an order, we’re happy to help. Please see our Return Policy for more info.

Order Protection

What is Order Protection?

OrderProtection.com covers your order for every major issue that can occur during shipping. Your order will be protected against loss, damage, theft, wrong items, defective items and missing items.

If something goes wrong during shipping, you can quickly file a claim in a few clicks. You'll receive a reshipment or refund if your claim is approved.

To protect your order, make sure Order Protection is toggled on in your cart.

How do I get Order Protection?

In your cart, there is a toggle to turn Order Protection on or off. Make sure Order Protection is toggled on to purchase protection for your order! If you have protection turned on, you will see it appear as a line item during checkout.

What does Order Protection cover?

Order Protection covers your order for loss, damage, theft, wrong items, defective items and missing items.

How much does Order Protection cost?

We tried to make it affordable. Order Protection is based on the value of your cart. Please refer to your cart to confirm.

How long does it take for my claim to get resolved?

You'll typically get a response within an hour, and most claims are resolved that same day. Orderprotection.com has 24/7 support so you can expect responses and communication around the clock.

How long do I have to make a claim?

You can submit a claim 30-45 days from the date you placed your order depending on the claim type.

I didn't add Order Protection to my order and now I have an issue with my order. What do I do?

Other

I have a discount code, how do I use it?

Input all discount codes at the time of checkout. Our system does not allow us to manually adjust any costs on orders that have already been placed, and it does not allow us to apply a discount code to a previous order.

Do I need to open an account in order to shop with you?

No, but by setting up an account, you have access to order and shipping information. You can also be added to our email list for exclusive updates in the future.

How do I pay for my orders?

We accept payments via PayPal, AfterPay, Shop Pay and all major credit/debit cards.

Is there a minimum spend on Afterpay?

For U.S. customers, your purchase must be at least $35 USD to pay with Afterpay.

How can I reach your Customer Service team and when should I expect a response?

This department operates Monday-Friday, 9AM to 5PM PST. All emails will be answered within 24-48 business hours, excluding weekends and all major U.S. holidays. Please do not send multiple emails, as this will place you at the end of the queue.
